Set up remote access to your work iMac

Remote access for iMac's is more complicated than PC's and isn't something you can configure for yourself, please email I.T. and request that this is set up for you. However it is worth noting the following:

To access your work iMac you will need a Mac OS device at home to use
You need to make sure you leave your iMac powered on here though, if it’s powered off you won’t get on
Once the initial set up has been done you will need to find the screen sharing app on your Mac OS device (it’s in /System/Library/CoreServices)
Run that and connect to remote.santok.com:xxxxx (xxxxx will be confirmed by I.T. after set up is complete)
Log in with your usual username and password
