How to take a screen shot

It is useful from time to time to capture an image of your screen, for example if you wish to email I.T. to request a website be unblocked

Pressing the "Print Scrn" button on your keyboard will copy your screen to your clipboard and this can then be pasted into an email or other document by pressing CTRL-V or right click - paste as normal. 

However if you have multiple monitors just pressing "Print Scrn" will capture all of your screens making the image very large and difficult to see details on when you paste it, like this 

Best solution here is to hold down ALT and then press "Print Scrn", this will only capture the current window you have open (your web browser for example) and then you will get a much clearer image, like this one
