Unblock a blocked website

Our security software will block websites from time to time for various reasons. Below is an example of one particular type of block message

If you encounter a block website and need it unblocked for justifiable work purposes please email I.T. with a screen shot of the block message and the URL of the website so this can be looked into and, if appropriate, unblocked for you. 

It is very important you include a screen shot of the block message so I.T. can see exactly why the page was restricted.
