What are PMM messages?

From time to time you will probably receive an email asking you to review your personal message manager. This is your own personal spam area and may contain emails you are waiting for. 


You can release emails directly from the body of the email by clicking the "deliver" link to the left of each email, this will open a webpage where you can then choose to "always deliver email from this sender"

If you don't need any of the emails then you can delete them all by clicking the "delete these messages" link at the top of the message. Again this opens a webpage which will prompt to you confirm the deletion request. 

If you are waiting for an email and you haven't had the PMM Message through you can also access the held messages at any time by browsing to https://pmm.santok.com and signing in with your network credentials. You will see your various email addresses down the left hand side and clicking on each will show a list of held emails which you an then release or delete as appropriate. There is also a "trust sender" button which will stop emails from that sender from being held in future.
